Founder
Graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, Evandro is an entrepreneur and founder of Chess for Charity. He develops a non-profit project with a long-term vision, using chess as a catalyst for connection and solidarity, bringing together partners, schools, and clubs around formats open to everyone.
Marketing Support
Bachelor student in Marketing & Communication in Geneva, Ida has a strong interest in events, creativity, and collaborative work. With experience in the luxury and automotive sectors, she now brings her vision and energy to a philanthropic project combining passion and social commitment.
Logistics Manager
Having worked mainly in the social, artistic, and non-profit sectors, Kevin is involved within the ChessPower association, organizing various chess-related events. His approach is always community-oriented: bringing together as many people as possible around a game with social and universal values.
Assistance and Coordination
PhD candidate at ISSUL, Ilan conducts research on the role of sex in neural adaptations to strength training. Co-creator and co-founder of the Black Owls club, he is committed to developing collective projects that connect sports practice, research, and student life. His background combines scientific rigor with non-profit involvement, with the aim of making sport and science accessible to everyone.
Logistics Coordinator
Working for an international sports federation, Rémi is driven by the belief that sport is a powerful vehicle for social change. Co-founder and Vice President of ChessPower, he turns this passion into action by contributing to a project that unites excellence, strategy, and philanthropy.

Graduated from the University of León, Daniel is a physiotherapist at the DrE practice, where he puts his expertise and attentiveness at the service of his patients. The pandemic and his curiosity led him to fall in love with chess. Combining enjoyment, sharing, and contribution to society allows him to engage in it with enthusiasm.

Orienté relation client, Xavier accompagne depuis près de 10 ans les grands comptes chez Salesforce. Fort d’une solide expérience en IT et en transformation digitale, il place l’écoute, la confiance et la stratégie au cœur de son engagement. Passionné d’échecs, il applique les principes stratégiques pour apporter une vision long terme et créer un impact durable.
Volunteer
Étudiant dans le programme du Baccalauréat International (IB), il développe rigueur académique, esprit critique et ouverture internationale.
Engagé et curieux, il contribue activement à Chess for Charity en tant que volontaire. Between a blitz tournament open to all, games with masters, and moments dedicated to exchange and networking, every participation helps create human bonds and generate a real impact.
All net profits are donated to committed associations and foundations, notably to support youth in difficulty and social reintegration projects.

AClem Foundation, a Swiss public-benefit foundation registered with the Federal Department of Home Affairs in Bern, has been active since 1999 through its own humanitarian and development projects in Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania) and Asia (Myanmar).
It primarily operates in the fields of education, vocational training, healthcare and local economic development, with the objective of creating sustainable impact on the ground, driven by a strong commitment to volunteer engagement.
Chess for Charity supports the AClem Foundation by donating a portion of the funds raised during each edition to contribute concretely to its initiatives.
For more than 40 years, Le Bateau Genève has supported people in vulnerable situations by offering a daily breakfast, a social space, and guidance toward reintegration.
